I replaced this file on my system but I got a small problem. There is a difference between the context-text (files & folder name, size,etc...) background color (it's gray) and the outer background of dialogue boxes (it's white). I wonder how you configured to have white background of the texts (like this preview) ? And can you make the option "Do this for the next n conflict(s)" on the replace dialogue cuz it will take a long time to click on replace or skip button manually if you have a lot of files. Anyway, thanks for the great works!
Your prob can easily be solved. Rightclick on a free space of your desktop. In the upcoming menu click on properties. The theme menu appears. Click on appearance, and than on Advanced. You will see a dropdown menu. Select 3D objects. Set a custom color of RBB 251 251 251. You are done. Sounds more complicated as it is. You cannot replace more than one file at once. Simply drag the original dll in the replacer and follow the instructions of replacer.
Sorry for misunderstanding. Now it makes sense. This dialogue is a bitmap. Normally it is to big for this file. So it covers the function you mentioned. Making it smaller would be more functional, but less similar to the original.
Yes you are right. The shell32 only changes the dialogs and icons. You can use it with any theme you want.Use the included replacer for a safe change.Replacer automatically makes a backup of your old file.
