I think this is the best german shell32 dll you can get at the moment. It uses some resources of Picassa 243`s great deviation.[link]
Credits to him.I have no clue what can be updated here. If you have any suggestions whatelse can be done, please tell me. I will try to realise it.

Little update May17: Replaced pixelated animated computericon with better quality one`s.
Second updateMay18: Cutoff foldericons in dialogues fixed
Third update May22: Replaced deletefoldericon in dialogue with original win7 ones.
4th. Update May24: Replaced some low quality bitmaps with new designed ones. Replaced a few icons.
5th.Update June29: Fixed a bug in replace/copy dialog.
Will be permanently updated.
