The default programs lead to run.

This is only for the look.
If you do not like this tell me and i upload one without such "fakes".
Updated with logoff/shutdownbuttons from fedia Fedias W7M3 Skin.
If you want to use this with other languages, simply replace the resources and rolloverfolders of your vistart with this.

There are better logoff\shutdown buttons, from real build 6801.
