English win7 RC Vistart

I did this by request. If you like it try it.
Includes all Win7 RC Rollovers. Inclusive this very, very ugly userfolderpicture. I don`t know what they smoke at Microsoft, but this are no normal cigarettes.
Removed Recent Items, because there is none on7 and to get free space over the shutdownbutton like in7 default.
No ugly slow loading splashscereen.
P.S. The big shutdownbutton is a fake. You can reach this option in the optionsmenu.
Little update May21: Added lightorange mouseovereffect like on win7.
